Fernandes & Associates assists its clients to ensure that their plant and equipment, such as cranes, elevated work platforms and semi-trailers continue to be productive and are safe and reliable to operate.  This is where NDT or Non-Destructive Testing plays an important role. NDT includes Ultrasonic Testing (UT), X-Rays and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) to name a few.  UT, X-Rays and MPT are commonlly used to check the structural integrity of welds and components such as booms, slew rings, hoists, pulleys and winches in cranes and other equipment.
